How it works

Up to about five sandboxes on the 8 GB box, ten on the 16 GB one.
Each sandbox gets its own dashboard and, with distinct bot tokens, its own Telegram front door.
All sandboxes on a box share one provider and model — an NVIDIA constraint, not a setup step you missed.
